Job summary

247Hire is seeking a data analytics professional to analyze data from multiple sources, drive insights, and support business outcomes across digital performance and employee experience. You will develop dashboards and BI solutions to monitor health and adoption of digital products.

You will translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for stakeholders, lead small projects, and contribute to data governance and measurement practices across Digital teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis, BI, or digital analytics.
• Experience developing dashboards and release measurement plans.
• Experience with Power BI and SQL-based data environments.

Responsibilities

• Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple sources to drive insights into digital performance and business outcomes.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations for optimizing digital performance and experience outcomes.
• Develop, maintain, and manage dashboards, scorecards, and BI solutions monitoring product health and adoption.
• Evaluate digital enhancements by defining success measures and baselines, and monitor performance after release.
• Identify trends across digital journeys and prepare reports with visualizations to support decisions.
