Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Senior Diffusion Process Engineer to start up, develop, and optimize diffusion processes for DRAM manufacturing, driving yield improvements and cost reduction while collaborating with equipment and integrations engineers.

You will tackle production issues, manage cross-functional projects, and contribute to the company's push to expand semiconductor manufacturing capabilities in Boise.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience working as Process Owner within Diffusion
• BS or Masters in the Engineering field, equivalent military experience or AAS with 5+yr industry experience
• Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficient in Data Science and Programming skills
