Job description

Immediate opportunity for a Senior Dietitian in Bristol, Rhode Island to provide specialized nutrition consultation and education for patients and their families regarding nutrition-related problems, chronic disease management, and nutrition support.

Part-Time - Contract Position

20 hours per week

Hourly Rate : $40

Location : Bristol, Rhode Island

Shift : Day Shift 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Essential Duties :

• Manage the operation of a large therapeutic diet department within an institution or hospital.
• Supervise and coordinate dietetic planning for the central food processing plant.

Qualifications :

• Current Rhode Island Registered Dietitian License, or willingness to obtain.
• Thorough knowledge of dietetics theory and practice, including nutritional requirements for individuals of varying ages and conditions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
