Qualifications

• Technical certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs standard vehicle maintenance and repair on heavy-duty equipment.
• Diagnoses complex mechanical and electronic problems using diagnostic tools.
• Interacts with customers/drivers to determine nature of the complaint; documents work.
• Mentors Tech 1 and Tech 2 levels; supports shop operations.
• Ensures compliance with safety, DOT, MOT guidelines and internal SOPs.
