Job summary

Southwest Truck & RV in Prescott Valley, AZ is seeking an experienced Professional Diesel Technician to diagnose and repair a wide range of diesel engines, transmissions, and electrical systems. The role covers Class 7/8 trucks and RVs, with no coach work and a focus on quality, first-time fixes.

The position runs Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering a competitive wage up to $115,000+ per year depending on experience, plus benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing diesel systems and performing accurate repairs.
• Strong electrical diagnostics and ability to troubleshoot complex failures.
• Experience with powertrains (Powerstroke/Duramax/Cummins) and heavy-duty trucks/RVs.
• Ability to work independently, document work clearly, and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex electrical and mechanical failures.
• Develop repair plans and execute quality repairs correctly the first time.
• Maintain thorough documentation and communicate findings to team.
• Operate with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
