Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or technical certification preferred.
• Valid CDL-A preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with heavy/medium duty repair.

Responsibilities

• Performs standard vehicle maintenance and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnoses complex mechanical and electrical problems using diagnostic tools.
• Replaces defective components with minimal supervision.
• Mentors Tech 1 and Tech 2 levels.
• Interacts with customers/drivers to determine nature of the issue.
• Uses Shop Management System and electronic documentation.
