Job summary

C & B Operations is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic for our John Deere dealership in Sheridan, WY. You will diagnose, service, and repair agricultural equipment, maintain tools, and document work performed.

A strong safety mindset is required to ensure high-quality workmanship. Qualified applicants should hold an Associate’s degree or higher in Diesel Technology or a related field, enjoy training on new technologies, and be willing to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Qualifications

• Associate or better in Diesel Technology or related field.
• Ability to perform physical tasks as required by field work.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostics and repairs on agricultural farm equipment.
• Participates in Training programs required for skill development.
• Completes all job notes and timecards accurately with work performed.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area and tools.
• Promotes and sells service work and parts to customers to ensure satisfaction.
