Preferred Qualifications

Hours and Location

• Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (occasionally Saturdays)
• Stable hours for work‑life balance and financial security
• Repair/maintenance shop at the Corning, CA hauling site

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment
• Estimate time and material costs on vehicle repairs and new parts
• Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs)
• Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns
• Conduct safety checks on vehicles – safety of employees and the community is the top priority
• Complete required paperwork, documenting parts usage and accounting for repair times
• Review, complete, or assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA Standards and established safety procedures

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant work experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Over 18 years of age
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
• Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical

Work Environment and Physical Demands
