A leading technology firm in Washington, DC, is seeking a Master Diesel Fleet Mechanic responsible for maintaining vehicles and vessels to ensure fleet readiness. The ideal candidate must have ASE certification, a CDL Class A license, and experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. This position demands strong technical skills and the ability to respond to roadside emergencies.
Qualifications
Three to five years of related experience.
Must be able to pass a 10-panel controlled substance testing and random testing afterwards.
Must be able to pass a background investigation check.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair faulty equipment.
Ensure proper completion of Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
Respond to vehicle emergencies.
Maintain records of accomplished tasks.
