Qualifications

• 5+ years of verifiable experience as an Automotive Technician in a passenger vehicle repair shop.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex issues across engines, transmissions, electrical, brakes, steering, and HVAC systems.
• Leverage advanced diagnostic tools (Alldata, Mitchell OnDemand) to pinpoint concerns quickly.
• Communicate findings and repair options clearly to service advisors and customers.
• Mentor junior technicians and uphold safety and quality standards.
• Perform post-repair test drives and inspections, documenting results accurately.

You collaborate with a service advisor to explain your findings, outline recommended repairs, and answer a customer’s questions with confidence and clarity. You knock out complex work across multiple makes—engines, transmissions, electrical, brakes, steering, HVAC—then verify results with thorough test drives and post-repair inspections.
