Join Kroll as a Senior Associate in Digital Forensics and Incident Response within the Cyber & Data Resilience Practice. You will support and guide a range of clients in Incident Response engagements, working with seasoned staff to enhance DFIR expertise and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Three years of incident response experience, preferably in a consultancy setting.
• Certifications such as CREST IR, CFCE, ENCE, GIAC (GCFA, GCIH, GREM, GNFA) are beneficial.
• Fluency in English and the local language where you will be based.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of strong technical skills in support of cyber defense or incident response assignments.
• Supports the Case Manager in running assignments through to closure, structuring projects, managing resources, and presenting findings to clients.
• Monitors quality of work and ensures value is delivered to the client.
• Communicates issues and findings to senior team members for resolution and decision making.
• Develops and maintains key client relationships, upholding Kroll’s standards of service and integrity.
• Mentors junior staff and ensures high standards are met.
• Ensures KPIs such as utilization, business generation, and personal objectives are achieved.
• Identifies learning needs and seeks to improve personal performance.
