Job summary

Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the doors, frames, and hardware industry in San Francisco. You will manage up to $3M in annual projects with hands-on leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years DFH experience, proven ability to lead large construction efforts, and strong client communication in a fast-paced small company.

Local candidates strongly preferred and on-site work with some local travel.

Job Type: Full-Time | On-site with local travel
Salary Range: $130,000 – $160,000 (Base + Bonus)
Reporting To: President

🛠 Role Summary:

Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager in the commercial door, frame, and hardware industry to manage up to $3M in annual projects. Ideal candidate is locally based, hands-on, and ready to step into a senior leadership role as a future pillar of the company.

🧰 Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial projects from award through closeout

• Produce submittals and coordinate purchasing

• Collaborate with union installers and in-house rework shop

• Conduct job site visits (1–2x weekly)

• Assist with estimating on a limited basis

• Engage with clients and potentially bring in new business

📦 Requirements:
