Job summary
White Cap, based in Atlanta, seeks a seasoned DevSecOps leader to drive enterprise strategy, governance, and execution across development, security, and operations. You will standardize practices for GitHub Enterprise, Azure DevOps, and IaC, while embedding secure SDLC controls across delivery teams.
The role focuses on building a high-performing team, measuring engineering effectiveness, and partnering with technology leaders to improve security, reliability, and delivery speed.
Qualifications
- Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline and 7+ years in a related field.
- CSM or Agile certification is preferred.
- Experience leading DevSecOps transformations and building enterprise-grade practices.
Responsibilities
- Defines and executes the enterprise DevSecOps strategy, roadmap, and governance.
- Partners with Information Security to embed secure SDLC controls across delivery workflows.
- Oversees CI/CD platforms and establishes standards for source control, build, and release management.
- Governs AI/ML delivery pipelines and model lifecycle security practices.
- Drives adoption of DevSecOps through coaching, training, and cross-team collaboration.
- Leads and develops assigned associates and reports on maturity and performance.
