Job summary

Concept Solutions, LLC is seeking a Principal DevSecOps Engineer / Lead to provide platform engineering leadership for a DoW modernization program. You will oversee IaC, CI/CD in GitLab, IL4-IL5 environment promotion, and security evidence generation, guiding DevSecOps and SRE teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

The role requires 12+ years in DevOps, federal system experience, and an active Secret clearance; hybrid work in the DC metro area, 40 hours weekly with core hours.

Qualifications

Minimum of 12 years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering.
Demonstrated experience leading CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) for federal systems.
Experience supporting federal systems using AWS GovCloud and Kubernetes.
Active Secret security clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

Oversee infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, environment promotion, and security evidence generation.
Provide technical direction to the DevSecOps engineer and SREs, establishing release engineering and observability standards.
Own and coordinate the environment plan with the customer's cloud provider and manage the Government dependency list.
