Job summary

The Intersect Group is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with DevSecOps focus for Tulsa, OK on a 6-month contract. You will design, build, and automate infrastructure across Azure and VMware, using Terraform, Git, and CI/CD pipelines, shaping cloud modernization initiatives.

You will translate architecture into actionable requirements, collaborate with security, architecture, and business teams, and drive agile projects while improving efficiency through IaC and automation best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on infrastructure/DevOps experience.
• Experience building production infra with Terraform, Git, CI/CD.
• Azure IaC experience using Terraform, ARM, or Bicep.
• Experience with VMware or similar virtualization.
• Experience working on large, cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage infrastructure as code across Azure, VMware and enterprise platforms.
• Translate architecture into technical requirements and implementation plans.
