Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
• 12+ years IT/engineering; 6+ years in DevOps/DevSecOps.
• 3 years of formal or acknowledged technical leadership.
• HHands-on CI/CD tooling with Jenkins or GitLab, Nexus/Artifactory, Ansible.
• AWS core services experience and automated provisioning.
• Experience deploying large-scale distributed data/AI in production.
• Security tooling integrated into delivery pipelines.
• Python and shell automation development.
• NIST SP 800-53, RMF, STIG in regulated environments.
• Microservice architectures with cloud-based ATO/cATO capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the CI/CD pipeline architecture for multiple teams and environments.
• Own infrastructure-as-code and reproducible environment builds.
• Design automated deployments for large-scale data/AI infrastructure.
• Implement zero-downtime deployments with automated rollbacks.
• Build self-healing automation and proactive health signals.
• Engineer and tune cloud infrastructure for cost, throughput, and resilience.
• Establish observability, metrics, logging, tracing, and alerts.
