Job summary

Rapid Strategy seeks a DevOps Engineer-IV to architect and oversee advanced DevOps strategies, focusing on secure infrastructure, automation, and leadership. The role demands autonomy and deep expertise in modern DevOps practices, with an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a DevSecOps engineer or similar, with secure SDLC focus.
• Expert in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
• Experience securing cloud-based apps across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Strong IaC experience with Terraform/CloudFormation/Ansible.
• Advanced scripting skills (Python, Bash).
• Knowledge of OWASP/NIST security frameworks and risk management.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across dev, ops, and security to embed security in SDLC.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with security tests.
• Develop and maintain IaC templates with secure cloud configurations.
• Conduct security assessments, code reviews, and vulnerability testing.
• Monitor logs and respond to security incidents.
• Implement and manage IAM controls and access management.
