Job summary

Form Energy is seeking a Senior Staff DevSecOps Engineer to embed security into design, build and operation of integrations, ETL, and automation tools. You will set secure development standards, mentor engineers, and contribute hands-on across MCP servers and AI tooling.

Relocation assistance is available, with a focus on risk-based security practices and secure CI/CD pipelines to support rapid scale-up of battery manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in application security, DevSecOps, or security engineering.
• Experience building or supporting integrations, automations, or data pipelines.
• Mentoring engineers and setting secure-development standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead secure-SDLC for integrations, automations, and data pipelines.
• Own application security strategy: SAST/DAST, dependencies, secrets detection.
• Secure AI/agent tooling, including MCP servers and data handling.
• Harden CI/CD and establish standards for secure deployments.
• Build security observability: audit logs, anomaly alerts, telemetry.
• Maintain risk-based inventory with data flows and access scopes.
• Act as security liaison between IT Engineering & Platforms and GRC.
• Lead incident response for security incidents in integrations.
