Job summary

Alto Pharmacy (Fuze Health) seeks aSenior DevSecOps Engineer to lead secure architecture across cloud-native infra, applications, and CI/CD pipelines. You will embed security in the engineering lifecycle, define strategy for AWS/GCP environments, and partner with Security and Compliance to maintain HIPAA/SOC2/HITRUST alignment.

You will design patterns, automate governance, and guide teams on secure coding, IAM, and zero-trust principles while maturing Alto’s security program nationwide.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software/infrastructure/security engineering with DevSecOps focus.
• Deep cloud architecture experience (AWS and/or GCP).
• Strong in containerized/Kubernetes environments and CI/CD tooling.
• Hands-on IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation) and secure IaC pipelines.
• Solid knowledge of application security principles (OWASP Top10).
• Experience operating in regulated environments (HIPAA/SOC2/HITRUST/PCI).
• Scripting or programming skills (Python/Go/Ruby).

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the DevSecOps vision across infra, apps, and CI/CD.
• Architect secure cloud-native systems across AWS/GCP.
• Establish security patterns, guardrails, and reference architectures.
• Design, maintain, and secure CI/CD pipelines and workflows.
• Drive security automation and governance controls.
• Lead IAM strategy and least-privilege enforcement.
• Strengthen container/Kubernetes security posture and secrets management.
