Job summary

Data Systems Analysts, Inc. (DSA) is seeking a Senior Software Developer (DevSecOps Pipeline Developer) to design, secure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for mission-critical geospatial intelligence applications at Fort Gordon, GA.

The ideal candidate brings extensive Python development, CI/CD pipeline architecture, automated security testing, and containerized delivery with Docker and Kubernetes. DoD DevSecOps familiarity and security clearance readiness are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience designing, developing, securing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced Python programming for applications, scripts, and automation.
• Experience integrating automated security testing into pipelines.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, secure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for enterprise software.
• Develop Python applications, scripts, and automation to streamline processes.
• Integrate automated security testing, scanning, and compliance into workflows.
• Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain software apps and tools.
• Package and deploy containerized apps using Docker, Kubernetes, and related tech.
• Implement secure development practices and automated controls across SDLC.
• Develop custom apps, dashboards, and data visualizations for monitoring.
• Support infrastructure automation, config management, and repeatable deployments.
• Analyze requirements and contribute to system architecture and design.
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures and deployment/security testing issues.
• Collaborate with Dev, Sec, gov customers to communicate progress and resolve issues.
• Maintain technical docs, standards, pipeline configs, and deployment procedures.
• Support evolving DoD DevSecOps policies and security standards.
• Contribute to modernization and security of enterprise GEOINT software.
