Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a DevSecOps Integration Engineer based in the United States to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure supporting government and healthcare-related systems.

Key focus areas include leading cloud migrations, managing AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, IAM, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, Route 53), building CI/CD pipelines, and automating infrastructure with Terraform, CloudFormation, and CDK.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• At least 8 years of cloud engineering experience with AWS.
• Experience designing, deploying, securing, and managing AWS infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of AWS security, IAM, encryption, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud migration initiatives and design secure, scalable AWS solutions.
• Design and manage AWS infrastructure including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, IAM, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, Route 53.
• Develop and operate CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment consistency and efficiency.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, CloudFormation, and CDK.
• Ensure cloud security, regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS familiarity a plus).
• Configure and maintain AWS networking components (VPC, Direct Connect, VPN).
• Monitor performance with CloudWatch, CloudTrail, AWS Config, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic).
• Provide on-call support and collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud initiatives.
• Produce architecture documentation, data flow diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Manage AWS databases (RDS, DynamoDB, Aurora, Redshift) and healthcare data integration where applicable.
