Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior DevSecOps CI/CD Engineer to support a company focused on modernizing critical federal systems and delivering secure, scalable cloud-based solutions for national security missions. This position is on-site in Huntsville, AL. The Senior DevSecOps CI/CD Engineer will lead the development and optimization of secure CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud delivery capabilities across AWS and hybrid environments. Join a mission-driven team supporting high-impact federal programs where secure, reliable application delivery directly contributes to national security and operational excellence.

Responsibilities for the Senior DevSecOps CI/CD Engineer include:

• Design, build, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines supporting automated builds, testing, security scanning, and deployments
• Develop and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologies
• Integrate security controls, compliance validations, logging, monitoring, and alerting throughout the software delivery lifecycle
• Collaborate with Full Stack, Cloud, QA Automation, Data Engineering, and Product teams to streamline deployment processes and improve operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot deployment issues, optimize pipeline performance, and support major release readiness activities

Required Qualifications for the Senior DevSecOps CI/CD Engineer include:

• 8+ years of experience in DevSecOps, CI/CD engineering, secure automation, or related disciplines
• Experience with CI/CD platforms including GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, CloudFormation, and secure development best practices
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, automation scripting, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance

Compensation for the Senior DevSecOps CI/CD Engineer include:

• Salary Range: $150,000 - $160,000 depending on experience
• Full Benefits Package: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Sick Leave as required by law
