Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12+ years of professional experience, or 10+ years with a related Masters.
• Experience designing scalable, secure AWS architectures and data pipelines.
• Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Python (Lambdas); mentoring juniors.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, delivery, and evolution of AWS infrastructure and services.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive architectural best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate solutions and roadblocks.
• Maintain documentation, run books, and diagrams.
• Support on-call rotation.
