Job summary

Diverse Agile Solutions is seeking a Sr IT DevSecOps Architect to support a Federal Reserve Board modernization effort. This role will lead DevSecOps architecture, cloud infrastructure automation, security integration, and CI/CD modernization using AWS GovCloud to replace a legacy system.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with IaC, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and government compliance frameworks, plus strong leadership and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in DevOps/DevSecOps/Cloud Eng/Arch.
• Extensive hands-on AWS GovCloud experience.
• IaC and Terraform expertise.
• Experience designing enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong scripting in Python/Bash.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ECS.
• Lead technical initiatives and collaborate across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain secure AWS GovCloud environments.
• Lead DevSecOps architecture for cloud-native apps.
• Design enterprise CI/CD pipelines for automated delivery.
• Develop IaC solutions using Terraform.
• Integrate security controls across the SDLC.
• Establish cloud governance and security standards.
• Automate provisioning, config management, deployment, monitoring.
• Implement containers with Docker/Kubernetes/ECS.
• Design microservices architectures and orchestration.
• Collaborate with developers, security engineers, stakeholders.
• Configure cloud monitoring, logging, alerting.
• Support IAM design and implementation.
• Evaluate DevSecOps tools and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with federal security requirements.
• Create architecture diagrams and operational docs.
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership.
