Job summary

Circana is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design and scale enterprise platforms across on-prem and hyperscaler clouds in a hybrid environment. You will lead CI/CD automation, IaC, and platform reliability to support development and operations teams.

The role requires strong Linux, Kubernetes, and scripting skills, with hands-on work across Azure and GCP, plus a focus on security and observability. Hybrid work in Chicago or NYC is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Operations.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Jenkins administration, pipeline development, automation, and integration.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code with Ansible.
• Strong Linux administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration platforms.
• Experience supporting Azure or GCP environments.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or Azure Monitor.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise DevOps platforms for development and infrastructure teams.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Ansible or equivalent technologies.
• Automate deployment, provisioning, configuration management, patching, and operational workflows.
• Drive continual improvement to speed, reliability, security, and efficiency.
• Support on-premises data center and cloud-integrated hybrid environments.
• Assist AI/ML infra platforms across cloud and on-premises for training and inference.
• Participate in incident management, runbooks, and on-call rotations.
