Job summary

Tyler Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Supervisory Team Lead for its Public Safety Solutions team in Dayton, Ohio. In this role, you will manage a team of 3-5 contributors while driving best practices in software development and DevOps methodologies. You will provide hands-on guidance, conduct performance reviews, and ensure adherence to organizational standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 6+ years in software development including .NET and cloud technologies, and experience in a supervisory position. This position requires working on-site at least four days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or foreign equivalent.
• 6 years of experience in software development and deployment.
• 2 years of supervisory experience in a technical environment.
• Ability to meet a federal background check requirement.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3-5 team members, providing feedback and career development.
• Drive DevOps best practices and enforce coding standards.
• Identify and remediate technical debt and security vulnerabilities.
• Conduct one-on-ones, goal-setting, and performance evaluations.
