The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 6+ years in software development including .NET and cloud technologies, and experience in a supervisory position. This position requires working on-site at least four days a week.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or foreign equivalent.
6 years of experience in software development and deployment.
2 years of supervisory experience in a technical environment.
Ability to meet a federal background check requirement.
Responsibilities
Manage 3-5 team members, providing feedback and career development.
Drive DevOps best practices and enforce coding standards.
Identify and remediate technical debt and security vulnerabilities.
Conduct one-on-ones, goal-setting, and performance evaluations.
