Job summary

B4Corp, based in Bethesda, MD, seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the DevOps Systems Team and help maintain, develop and support IC enterprise products in an Agile SAFe environment. You will collaborate with software engineering to deploy and operate systems, and build tools for deployment, monitoring and operations.

The role emphasizes automation, scripting, and streamlined processes across dev, test and production environments, with close coordination to support mission-critical software

Qualifications

• Experience setting up and troubleshooting CI/CD tools and processes.
• Experience working in a software development team supporting developers.
• Proven DevOps experience in enterprise environments with cloud tooling.

Responsibilities

• Supports software deployments, cloud infrastructure baselines, and operational availability of production systems.
• Managing, configuring, administering, operating and maintaining all components that comprise the DevOps environment.
• Defining enterprise CI/CD processes and best practices.
• Codifying DevOps best practices across the enterprise.
• Developing and maintaining scripts to automate deployments to AWS and other tasks.
• Scripting and maintaining build environments.
• Working with project teams to integrate their products into the DevOps environment.
