Eko Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and security practices for our FDA-cleared health tech platform.

You’ll join a tight-knit team of engineers focused on reliability, observability, and scalable deployments across cloud services. In this remote role with travel, you’ll own Terraform-driven infrastructure, support SRE and SecOps, and help mature deployment pipelines while collaborating with product and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, platform, or infra engineering with owner responsibility.
• Extensive cloud experience and IaC in a team setting.
• Proficient in Python, Go, or Bash.
• Hands-on with container orchestration and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of cloud IAM and network security.
• Practical SRE experience.
• Experience with Linux internals, networking, and debugging under pressure.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; travel <10%.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure and observability.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Build self-service tooling for engineers.
• Upgrade security integration in CI/CD and triage deficiencies.
• Harden software supply chain with SBOM and build runners.
• Partner with security on audits and evidence.
• Participate in incident responses and postmortems.
• Mentor engineers on secure dev practices.
• Contribute to architecture with reliability and security perspective.
• Document runbooks and system design decisions.
• Other duties as assigned.
