ICF is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to support GSA’s Login.Gov initiative. The role focuses on infrastructure management with Terraform and Kubernetes, cloud services on AWS, and weekly production deployments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in DevOps, strong Kubernetes/EKS experience, and must be eligible to work in the United States. The position involves on‑call rotations and adherence to federal security standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of DevOps, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or site reliability experience.
• 4+ years administering production Kubernetes environments (EKS, Helm, ingress, RBAC, secrets, upgrades, observability, GitOps).
• Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
• United States Citizen or Green Card holder required.
• Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.

Aufgaben

• Manage and automate infrastructure provisioning and scaling using Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Leverage AWS services to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
• Coordinate and execute production deployments weekly.
• Participate in on-call rotations for timely support and incident resolution.
• Operate within a Scrumban framework to support continuous delivery and iterative improvement.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to ensure seamless deployment of features.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.
• Implement security best practices and comply with federal standards.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.
