Job summary

Dark Wolf Solutions is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code for mission applications. This role requires onsite support at Offutt Air Force Base in Omaha, NE.

You will lead infrastructure automation, ensure security best practices, and drive continuous improvement in deployment pipelines. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in software development, 5+ years Kubernetes experience (Rancher/EKS), and strong CI/CD and Ansible expertise, with a focus

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years of professional software development experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing Kubernetes platforms (Rancher/EKS).
Minimum 5 years of experience with CI/CD concepts and automated pipelines.
Minimum 5 years of experience with Ansible for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
Proven Agile development experience, ability to architect solutions and troubleshoot.
Experience with UI analysis, performance, workload and downtime analysis.
Strong Linux administration and networking knowledge.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
US Citizenship and active Top Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

Provide application development programming for projects and infrastructure support.
Design and develop enterprise web applications.
Develop, modify and maintain general software or utilities.
Analyze user needs and deliver software solutions.
Design software or customize for client use to optimize operations.
Analyze and design databases within applications, and coordinate development.
Manage websites including design, deployment, testing and QA.
