Job summary

Dark Wolf Solutions is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to engineer and maintain IaC for mission apps. This on-site role requires leadership in a fast-paced environment at Offutt Air Force Base, Omaha, NE. A Top Secret clearance and US citizenship are required.

Responsibilities include developing infrastructure, deploying enterprise applications, and optimizing operations with automated pipelines and Kubernetes platforms. Collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of software development experience.
5+ years managing Kubernetes platforms (Rancher/EKS).
5+ years of CI/CD experience and automated pipelines.
5+ years with automation tools such as Ansible.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and architectural troubleshooting.
Experience with UI analysis, performance tuning, and downtime analysis.
Strong Linux administration and networking knowledge.
Excellent problem solving and collaboration skills.
US Citizenship with active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Provide application development programming for projects and infrastructure support.
Design and develop enterprise Web applications.
Create and modify general or specialized software utilities.
Analyze user needs to develop software solutions.
Design or customize software to optimize operations.
Analyze and design databases within application areas as part of a team.
Manage and maintain websites and conduct testing/QA of web apps.
