Responsibilities

Stand up observability so A24 sees failures before customers in NJ.
Prototype proof-of-concept solutions for emerging technology requirements.
Prototype rough Flexibility ideas fast, then decide which earn a place in A24's stack.
Resurrect flaky Disaster Recovery tests until the Trenton, NJ suite is trustworthy again.
Work closely with data teams to surface insights from production systems.
Pull A24's Datadog stack out of the NJ region before the migration deadline.
