The Senior DevOps Engineer is a subject matter expert responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing identity and access management solutions. This role is critical for service delivery and stakeholder management. The individual will collaborate with IAM teams and other departments to develop and enforce information security policies, processes, and governance.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and deliver new integrations, features, rules, workflows, and tasks on the SailPoint IIQ & Identity Now platform; install, customize, configure, and support identity provisioning and governance tools.
  2. Develop Java code for reporting and role management.
  3. Develop IDM applications using SailPoint and Java; participate in requirement analysis, design, perform unit testing, and provide 3rd level support.
  4. Work on large-scale proposals, including creating technical solutions and effort estimates for multiple IAM products.
  5. Identify risks/issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  6. Create audit reports, templates, and perform audits for SOX, PCI, and CPNI compliance.
  7. Implement code into UAT and production environments following SDLC processes.
  8. Manage source code and builds for compliance reporting.
  9. Champion problem management best practices, drive root cause analysis, and reduce incidents.
  10. Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts.
  11. Participate in production support on-call rotations, especially for complex issues.
  12. Collaborate with vendors on root cause analysis and mitigation actions.
  13. Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs.
  14. Identify process improvement opportunities and present them to decision-makers.
  15. Update project progress and track task fulfillment.
  16. Perform other duties as required.
  17. Demonstrate excellent time management and prioritize work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Required Qualifications:
  1. 4+ years of experience in SQL and Java.
  2. 3+ years with Microsoft Azure AD, Windows AD, and LDAP.
  3. 3+ years with SailPoint programming.
  4. 2+ years in data security.
  5. 2+ years assessing and implementing access control procedures.
  6. Experience working with APIs (SOAP / REST).
  7. Strong Java skills and scripting ability.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. IT Professional Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, etc.).
  2. Knowledge of network infrastructure design and routing.
  3. Understanding of ITIL processes.

The salary range is $89,800 to $176,700 annually, based on experience, location, and other factors. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentive programs, stock purchase options, and 401(k) contributions.
