Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable CI/CD pipelines for our cloud-native AI workloads.

You will automate GCP infrastructure (GKE, Cloud Run, IAM) with Terraform, implement blue/green deployment strategies, and monitor production health with Datadog and Cloud Monitoring, collaborating across engineering, security, and product teams to deliver a reliable agentic AI platform. Strong scripting in Python/Bash is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles
• 2+ years building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Cloud Build, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
• 2+ years with Google Cloud Platform services (GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud Build, Pub/Sub, IAM)
• Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or Deployment Manager
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or Groovy

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native AI workloads
• Automate provisioning and configuration of GCP infrastructure (GKE, Cloud Run, IAM) using Terraform
• Plan and execute releases across development, test, staging, and production CXAS environments
• Write and maintain automated deployment scripts and progressive rollout strategies (blue/green, canary)
• Configure and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting (Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, Datadog)
• Support integration between Kore.ai IVR platform and Google CXAS including webhooks and APIs
• Collaborate with security/compliance to enforce least-privilege access
• Document pipeline architecture, runbooks, and operational procedures
• Participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, and on-call rotations
