Job summary

Gormat is seeking a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead infrastructure and workflows for enterprise AI rollouts. You will deploy scalable AI applications in cloud environments and design robust CI/CD pipelines to support model development, deployment, and maintenance.

The ideal candidate has deep DevOps expertise with containerization, AI lifecycle management, and strong collaboration with AI/ML teams to optimize resource use and performance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in a technical role with a focus on DevOps or equivalent.
• Proficiency in containerization, CI/CD, and cloud deployments.
• Experience with AI model deployment and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure for enterprise AI applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Develop and optimize engineering workflows to support AI model development and maintenance.
• Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines for AI models and applications.
• Implement containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Manage AI model lifecycle including versioning, monitoring, and scaling.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to streamline deployments and optimize resources.
• Oversee system performance, security, and scalability of AI infrastructure.
• Research and adopt new DevOps tools and practices to improve efficiency.
