Job summary

HonorVet Technologies in Downey, CA seeks a DevOps Consultant to join a structured, enterprise-grade environment. You will lead design and implementation of modern application development, deployment processes, and CI/CD pipelines across Unix/Linux and Windows platforms.

The role requires strong scripting (Python, Shell/Bash), hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub, ArgoCD, Kubernetes, and ERP integrations ( CGI Advantage on Oracle ).

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming.
• At least four years in a lead capacity.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains.
• Experience with ERP applications, CGI Advantage preferred, on Oracle databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and design technical solutions for complex ERP systems and batch/real-time integrations.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, ArgoCD; scripting in Python, Shell, Bash.
• Support CGI Advantage ERP on Oracle databases; IBM WebSphere/InfoSphere installation, patching, SSL renewal.
• Collaborate with technical, business, infrastructure, and operations teams; troubleshoot and monitor systems.
