Job summary

Qodo is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer (Cloud-Prem) to take full ownership of enterprise deployments inside customer-managed clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure). You’ll troubleshoot in real-time, write quick automation scripts, and codify best practices into IaC modules to scale onboarding and reliability.

Work autonomously to ensure performant core infrastructure (PostgreSQL, Redis, storage) while collaborating with Solutions Engineering for smooth customer onboarding and high-touch support in US time

Qualifications

5+ years in DevOps / infrastructure, preferably in product-driven B2B SaaS or developer platforms.
Autonomous, self-driven, able to navigate ambiguity and make technical decisions independently.
Experience with client-facing deployments or Field DevOps is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own enterprise deployments: install, configure, and upgrade Kubernetes-based stack in customer cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Debug and troubleshoot in unfamiliar environments, pull diagnostics, and write Python/Bash scripts to address constraints.
Bridge engineering and customers during onboarding, minimizing time-zone delays for US-based clients.
