Qodo is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer (Cloud-Prem) to own enterprise deployments inside customer-managed clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure). You will lead installations, upgrades, and troubleshoot in real-world environments with a strong focus on reliability and automation.

You will build scalable IaC (Terraform, Helm), debug complex issues, and collaborate with enterprise engineering teams during onboarding for US-based clients. A highly autonomous role with remote-friendly options.

Formación

• 5+ years in DevOps / infrastructure roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or developer platforms.
• Autonomous, proactive, and capable of independent technical decision-making.
• Experience with customer-facing deployments and onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Own enterprise deployments: install, configure, and upgrade Kubernetes-based stack in customer cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Debug and reverse-engineer: diagnose issues, collect diagnostics, and write Python/Bash scripts to fix constraints.
• Bridge engineering and customers: act as a high-touch tech contact during onboarding for US-based clients.
• Build for scale and self-document: codify best practices into Terraform/Helm modules and internal playbooks.
• Drive reliability: ensure core infrastructure (PostgreSQL, Redis, networking, storage) runs smoothly in client stacks.
