Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience, or Master’s with 7+ years, or Doctorate with 2+ years.
• Expert knowledge in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket CI, GitHub Actions).
• Expert knowledge in scripting languages that run on Windows 11 and Linux (Python, PowerShell).
• Experience with embedded software test infrastructure or Hardware-in-the-Loop testing.
• Experience with software development life cycle processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for embedded software projects.
• Design multi-worker systems robust to hardware failures and upgrade outages.
• Collaborate with embedded engineers to build infrastructure-for automated on-target testing of medical devices.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and collect metrics on infrastructure impact on velocity, reliability, and cost.
• Document testing infrastructure for ease of use.
• Prepare run books for testing infrastructure to allow self-resolution of common issues.
• Evaluate new technology, lead projects, and provide training and documentation as required.
