Ascensus is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to provide technical leadership across DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native engineering. You will partner with architects, security, and infra teams to design scalable, automated delivery platforms, while mentoring teams and promoting DevSecOps culture.

The role emphasizes strategic and tactical leadership, standards development, and hands-on problem solving to improve platform reliability and developer experience.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of hands-on DevOps/Platform Engineering/Engineering Operations.
• Experience designing DevOps architecture in enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, and automation experience.
• Experience deploying in Linux and Windows environments.
• Advanced scripting in PowerShell or Python.
• Proficient with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Deep Docker and Kubernetes expertise.
• Terraform and other IaC tooling experience.
• Configuration management with Ansible/Puppet/Chef.
• Knowledge of microservices, cloud-native architectures, networking, security, and DR.

Responsabilidades

• Provide architectural direction for DevOps, CI/CD, and platform engineering.
• Lead automated CI/CD pipeline design and deployment workflows.
• Define IaC for provisioning and managing environments.
• Embed DevSecOps controls into pipelines and practices.
• Drive containerization and cloud-native adoption using Kubernetes.
• Ensure scalability, resiliency, performance, and cost efficiency of platforms.
• Guide service networking, load balancing, and traffic management.
• Provide Level-3 production support and improve observability.
• Mentor engineers and promote automation-focused culture.
• Research and implement cost-effective, innovative delivery improvements.
