Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in YAML scripting for GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, and cloud configurations.
• Hands‑on experience with GitHub Actions and GitHub Enterprise Cloud (GHEC).
• Deep understanding of AKS and container orchestration.
• Experience with Docker and Podman for container image creation and deployment.
• Experience integrating Maven-based Java builds into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Azure API Management (APIM) for API lifecycle management.
• Proven experience with Datadog for monitoring and observability.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Bicep, and YAML-based templates.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, leveraging YAML scripting for workflow automation.
• Integrate Maven-based Java build processes into CI/CD workflows, ensuring artifact versioning and deployment automation.
• Administer and optimize GitHub Enterprise Cloud (GHEC) environments, including repository governance and access controls.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications on AKS using Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests.
• Build, manage, and troubleshoot container images using Docker and Podman for secure deployments.
• Configure and manage Azure API Management (APIM) for API delivery and lifecycle management.
• Implement Datadog instrumentation across services for real-time monitoring and tracing.
• Create custom Datadog dashboards, alerts, and monitors to ensure system health.
• Integrate Datadog with CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes clusters for full-stack observability.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to enforce DevSecOps practices and compliance standards.
• Automate operational tasks and improve reliability through scripting and tooling.
