Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking an Expert DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters in support of cross-functional AI/ML and geospatial intelligence workflows.

The role emphasizes automation, CI/CD, security best practices, and collaboration with imagery and GEOINT teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions for national security missions.

Qualifications

• Hold a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and 10+ years of IT systems administration or developer experience with at least 3 years as a DevOps Engineer; OR 14+ years of progressive experience with DevOps and cloud deployment methodology with demonstrated proficiency and hand-on expertise with Kubernetes (including cluster deployment, management, and troubleshooting).
• Strong understanding of containerization technologies like Docker, proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and capability in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go).
• Experience with CI/CD tools, familiarity with infrastructure as code tools, networking knowledge within cloud and containerized environments, and experience with monitoring and logging tools.
• Shall possess strong oral and written communication skills and be capable of effectively leading projects
• Obtain and maintain currency of the appropriate level certification per DOD 8140.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters and related infrastructure for AI/ML solutions.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation using Terraform or Ansible.
• Collaborate with imagery, FMV, and GEOINT analysis teams to optimize performance, security, and reliability.
