Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (DevOps) to join the Robotics Software team in Boston. The role partners with software engineers to design, build, and run robust infrastructure for shipping our robotics platform.

Expect hybrid work with on-site days at our Boston office, and collaboration across DevOps and software engineering to optimize provisioning, pipelines, and internal tooling. You will work on cloud and edge infrastructure, Ubuntu edge servers, and developer tooling to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of professional DevOps or Systems Engineering experience.
• Deep fluency in Linux and cloud infrastructure with IaC.
• Scripting skills in Bash and Python; Docker experience.
• Strong troubleshooting across networks and software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build and operate cloud and edge infra to meet features and business needs.
• Maintain and optimize on-site Ubuntu edge servers using ECS Anywhere, Terraform and Ansible.
• Evolve server provisioning: imaging Linux and deploying app stack.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines across software teams.
