Job summary

BVNK is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design, scale, and maintain our global cloud infrastructure powering a multi-region payments network. You will partner with engineering to optimize CI/CD pipelines, drive Infrastructure-as-Code practices, and embed robust security and automation throughout deployments.

Responsibilities include building scalable cloud architecture, securing access, and improving platform observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/OpenSearch.

Qualifications

• Extensive DevOps/Cloud Engineering experience in AWS or similar cloud.
• Deep IaC expertise with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Production use of Docker and Kubernetes (EKS or equivalent).
• Experience designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/ArgoCD).
• Hands-on observability with Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK/OpenSearch.
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or Go for automation.
• Security-first mindset with cloud security fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Design, scale, and maintain multi-region cloud infrastructure.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and IaC standards across environments.
• Improve platform observability, monitoring, logging, and tracing.
• Embed security controls and automated compliance checks.
• Build self-service tooling to empower engineers.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship.
