Azora is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, while stabilizing and securing cloud and on-prem environments. You will automate tasks with Python/Go, and drive security testing (SAST/DAST) and observability reporting.

The role is a hybrid, temporary-to-permanent position in Fort Worth, TX, requiring 7+ years of DevOps experience and strong AWS/Azure skills.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in DevOps engineering or related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
Proficiency in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
Experience in system administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Hands-on experience managing virtual machines and containerized applications.
Strong knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud services, including deployment, management, and scaling.
Experience with automated testing frameworks to ensure software quality.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
Administer services and applications focusing on stability, security, and performance.
Monitor system performance, availability, and security; apply updates.
Automate routine tasks using scripting (Python, Go).
Develop automation scripts to streamline processes and improve deployment efficiency.
Develop and manage applications in AWS, Azure and on premises.
Infrastructure as Code: automate container deployment and management.
Security testing: implement SAST and DAST to identify vulnerabilities.
Create comprehensive reports on code testing, SBOM, and observability metrics.
