Job summary

TEKsystems in Charlotte, NC seeks a DevOps Engineer for a 12-36 month contract to enhance and optimize CI/CD pipelines, and automate workflows within a platform ecosystem. You will collaborate across development, platform, and infrastructure teams to onboard applications and cloud services into enterprise delivery pipelines.

You will support cloud migrations across AWS, Azure, and GCP, using Terraform for IaC, and engage with security for compliant, scalable designs. Hybrid work in Charlotte.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale cloud migration initiatives.
• Experience in highly regulated environments is preferred.
• Experience with OpenShift and containerized deployments.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT).
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks and automated testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Enhance, maintain, and optimize existing CI/CD pipelines within a platform ecosystem.
• Modify and support pipeline code, scripts, and automation workflows.
• Partner with development, platform, and infrastructure teams to onboard applications and services.
• Support cloud migration and cloud adoption across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Leverage Terraform IaC to automate provisioning and deployments.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure secure pipeline design and governance.
