Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years applied experience.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and validating outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
• Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
• Proficient in Groovy and Bash scripting for automation.
• Strong Jenkins CI knowledge (Jenkinsfiles, shared libraries, credentials).
• Experience with Spinnaker for CD and deployments.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud security fundamentals.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile CI/CD, resilience and security.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions with CI/CD and release automation focus for Payments platforms.
• Develop secure production code and Jenkins pipelines and automation scripts.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and deployment strategies.
• Analyze large data sets to improve software performance and CI/CD telemetry.
• Identify data patterns to reduce pipeline flakiness and improve reliability.
• Contribute to DevOps communities and adopt new technologies for secure SDLC.
• Leverage AI coding assist tools to improve quality and speed, with peer review.
• Apply SDLC tools to increase automation value.
• Support operational stability for delivery tooling, incidents, root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity to embed controls in pipelines.
