Job summary

Lanvera, a software technology leader in customer communications, seeks a DevOps Engineer who will partner with engineering, security, and operations to enhance build, deploy, monitor, and support of production systems. The role covers cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, container orchestration, observability, and Windows-based environments.

Qualifications

• 3–8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or related roles.
• 3+ years on one or more cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• 3+ years in CI/CD design and maintenance (Azure DevOps preferred).
• 3+ years with Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker.
• 2+ years in telemetry/observability (OpenTelemetry preferred).
• 2+ years with observability/APM tools (Datadog preferred).
• Windows VM building/troubleshooting (IaC or manual).
• 5+ years networking and security in cloud/hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Azure (and other clouds as needed).
• Build and operate Kubernetes clusters and container workloads with Docker/Helm.
• Apply CI/CD, GitOps, and platform architecture practices.
• Implement telemetry using OpenTelemetry standards.
• Create dashboards, alerts, and SLO/SLI with Datadog or similar.
• Troubleshoot incidents across infra, apps, pipelines, and integrations.
• Contribute to platform service architecture and deployment models.
