TeamViewer GmbH in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate secure, scalable Azure infrastructure powering our global SaaS platform.

You will manage Kubernetes platforms, drive GitOps with Argo CD, and develop CI/CD pipelines, automation, and observability to boost deployment speed, reliability, and security. This role offers mentoring, collaboration across engineering and product teams, and a path to lead cloud-native initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years as Senior DevOps, Platform, or Cloud Engineer in high-availability SaaS.
• Strong expertise in Azure, Terraform/Bicep, Kubernetes, containers, and Argo CD.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms, scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell), and automation.
• Knowledge of observability, cloud networking, microservices, infrastructure security, identity management (Entra, Keycloak), and databases.
• Strong problem solving, automation, and mentoring; knowledge of Java, Go, SQL, AWS, or GCP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate secure, scalable Azure infrastructure powering TeamViewer's global SaaS platform.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes platforms using GitOps and IaC.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines, automation, and tooling to improve speed, security, and productivity.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability for reliability and performance.
• Drive platform performance, security, cost optimization; support on-call operations.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate across teams to advance cloud-native best practices.
