Job summary

ServiceLink is seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer to own the software delivery infrastructure from code commit to production. You will manage CI/CD pipelines, Azure infrastructure, and developer tooling, while supporting AWS workloads as part of a broader portfolio.

You will collaborate with development teams to enforce quality, implement IaC, and continuously improve delivery velocity in a hybrid Plano, TX setting. Strong cloud security ownership and leadership is expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on DevOps experience with cloud-based delivery.
• Proven ability to own CI/CD pipelines and tooling.
• Familiarity with IaC and security automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
• Standardize templates and reusable components to accelerate delivery.
• Govern GitHub orgs and Azure DevOps projects: access control, policies, audits.
• Integrate security and quality gates into pipelines without friction.
• Manage artifact and container registries as part of the delivery stack.
• Improve developer experience and reduce MTTR for pipelines.
